Master Mechanical Certified
Jose is the guy behind R3—and very rarely the guy sitting behind a desk. Hands-on, driven, and always willing to jump in wherever he's needed, he's built R3 around taking care of customers, taking care of the team, and doing things the right way. He's also proof that apparently owning an HVAC company means having approximately 47 jobs at any given moment.
Business & Operations Director
There's a reason Sandy earned the title "Boss Lady". She helps keep R3 moving with a combination of leadership, organization, common sense, and the ability to somehow know what's going on everywhere at once. She cares deeply about the people behind R3 and makes sure the details—and occasionally the rest of us—stay on track.
Service Manager
Mike is the steady hand of the R3 team—the kind of person who brings experience, dependability, and a calm approach to whatever the day throws his way. He's someone the team can count on, and his knowledge and willingness to help make everyone around him better.
Director of Marketing
Abby is the creative engine behind R3's marketing—and the person responsible for making an HVAC company have significantly more personality than anyone expected. From big-picture strategy and brand building to campaigns, community involvement, and occasionally convincing coworkers to participate in her latest idea, she's focused on making sure the R3 experience feels as good on the outside as the team behind it really is.
Barketing Intern
Born an Expert in Comfort, Chip serves as R3's Barketing Intern and unofficial morale department. His primary responsibilities include riding to work with Mom, accepting treats, requesting belly rubs, supervising the office, and making sure no employee goes too long without giving him attention. His performance reviews remain suspiciously positive.
Dispatcher
Aaron is one of those behind-the-scenes people who helps keep everything moving. Dependable, knowledgeable, and always willing to jump in where he's needed, he brings a steady presence to the team and helps turn the daily R3 chaos into something that actually works.
Warehouse Associate
Justin keeps things moving behind the scenes at R3. As our Warehouse Manager, he makes sure our technicians and installers have the parts, equipment, and materials they need to arrive prepared and ready to take care of our customers.
From managing inventory and receiving deliveries to staging equipment and getting needed parts into the hands of our crews throughout the day, Justin helps keep every job organized and on track. His attention to detail and preparation help our team spend less time searching for what they need—and more time focused on the customer in front of them.

Commercial / HVAC Expert
Colin brings an incredible amount of HVAC knowledge, hands-on experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset to R3. Whether he's diagnosing a system, designing a solution, talking equipment, or tackling the commercial world, there isn't much in HVAC Colin can't figure out.
Installer
Edgar is a hardworking, talented installer who knows how to get things done. He brings skill, hustle, and a great attitude to every install—and there's a pretty good chance an energy drink is somewhere nearby.

Hunter, a QC native, may be one of the younger members of the R3 team, but his skill and attention to detail have helped him move up quickly, specializing in residential installs. He's a natural problem-solver who takes pride in doing things right—and is always ready to learn what's next. Hunter loves helping people stay comfortable in their homes, no matter the task at hand! Outside of work, he is a HUGE football fan — go Birds!
Installer
Austin is our resident strong, silent type—until you get him to crack and find his fun personality hiding in his quiet exterior. Steady, determined and always ready to take on the next challenge, he brings a great mix of focus, confidence, and a sense of humor to the install team.

Brendan is one of the genuinely good guys—although around here, we may have crossed out "good" and upgraded that to best. He's hardworking, kind, dependable, and brings an easygoing attitude to the install team every day.
Service Technician
Donovan brings years of industry experience, a wealth of HVAC knowledge, and a fantastic attitude to every service call. He's personable, thorough, and always happy to talk through what he finds—emphasis on the talk. 😉

Tyler is one of the quieter members of the service team, bringing a low-key approach to residential HVAC calls. And if you want to get him talking, apparently baseball works—although his choice of Chicago team (he is a Sox fan) is still up for debate. 😉⚾

Scott brings one of those attitudes every team wants: we'll figure it out. Helpful, positive, and always willing to tackle the problem in front of him, he's quickly earned his unofficial reputation around here as Mr. Fix It.
